Class
periods are usually 1 hr 15 mins, or 1 hr 30 mins., depending on the
course. Each class begins with a short devotional and prayer. This is
followed by the showing of the DVD for that session. The rest of the
class time is taken up with discussion of the material covered.
Everyone is welcome to take part in that discussion, although no
student is forced to do so.
Students taking classes for credit
through the Sunset International Bible Institute will take the
appropriate exams as set, and will submit work in accordance with the
SIBI course requirements.
Students working toward a MBI certificate will take short quizzes and other assignments as set out in the course requirements. Students may take the class and not take any quizzes. This may lead to a certificate of attendance. However, all students are encouraged to participate fully to get the most out of their studies.
